Aged Care Team visit Murray Bridge

On 12 September, Sara and Sal from our Ageing and Palliative Care Team had a busy and rewarding visit to Murray Bridge.

We were delighted to tour the impressive Romani RACH and meet with the amazing Bernice and Team. The dedication to creating a warm and welcoming home for residents was truly inspiring. A big thank you to Bernice for her hospitality and eagerness to collaborate with us!

We also had the pleasure of visiting Anthony and the team at Lerwin Nursing Home to deliver CDM Plus After Hours and Telehealth kits. Additionally, we stopped by Resthaven Community Services to share information about the wide range of supports available for both consumers and the essential caring workforce. A heartfelt thanks to Michelle and Marie for the engaging conversations and your ongoing commitment to care. Excited about the continued partnership and support for our community!
