CarerHelp has developed kits filled with resources to better prepare people caring for someone approaching the end of their life.

The recently updated Carer Information Kit is designed to help you and your organisation support carers of patients at the end of their life. It includes factsheets that can be given to family carers depending on their needs and readiness.

The new Caring in the Country Kit includes resources suited to assist you and your workplace in supporting carers of patients approaching end of life in country regions. The kit features tailored information and tools for rural carers to address their particular needs, including tips for caring and for accessing rural services and community networks to support them in their caring journey.
