Celebrating 400 HealthPathways for South Australia

Country SA PHN Newsletter March 2025

The HealthPathways SA team is proud to have published over 400 HealthPathways to the site to date. 2024 was a fantastic year for the team and we couldn't have done it without the hard work from our supporters in South Australia’s health community.

Every page of HealthPathways is a collaboration between GPs, specialists and other health professionals in the space.

We move now into 2025 with new goals as we aim to become the go-to resource for GPs by providing localised referral pathways and health information. Recent additions to our site include:

Growing women’s health suite

Vulvovaginal Candidiasis
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)
Termination of Pregnancy (TOP) - Community HealthPathways South Australia

Pathways focused on rural health

Hay Fever
Heat-related Illness
Animal-related Injury and Illness
Snake Bite

Additions to cardiology and haematology

Cardiac Drugs and Monitoring
Direct Oral Anticoagulants (DOACs)
Warfarin - Starting and Monitoring

You can keep up to date on all newly released pathways and revisions of current pathways via our home page feed. Sign up and start exploring HealthPathways SA.
