Aged Care Employee Day, celebrated annually on 7th of August, is a special day dedicated to honouring and recognising the dedication and hard work of the thousands aged care workers caring for more than 1.5 million older Australians.
Fortuitously on the 7th of August, the Country SA PHN and Adelaide PHN joint care finder networking meeting took place.
We celebrated by saying, #Thanksforcaring to all South Australian care finders, Residential Aged Care Home staff, community aged care providers, and all other supporters. We deeply appreciate your efforts to enhance the lives of older South Australians
