Participants in the Healthy Habits Program have achieved significant progress thanks to a tailored approach addressing both physical and mental health challenges. Recognising that traditional gym-based exercise and group activities may not suit everyone, the program emphasises personalised solutions.

A key component of this approach is one-on-one hydrotherapy sessions provided by locally based exercise physiologists. This low-impact therapy offers a safe and effective way to manage pain and improve mobility for participants who may benefit from such interventions.

This program also addresses dietary concerns through personalised nutrition plans developed by dietitians. These plans are designed to meet individual health goals, with frequent reviews and support by care co-ordinators to ensure participants maintain on-going motivation and engagement.

This client-centred approach empowers participants to actively work toward their health goals, over-coming barriers and fostering both physical and mental wellbeing.
