As part of Country SA PHN's commitment to strengthening the primary healthcare workforce, eligible organisations across the region have exclusive access to the CDM Plus Corporate Membership. Designed to support General Practice, Aged Care, Aboriginal Medical Services and ACCHOs, Allied Health and Pharmacy, the membership provides practical education, resources, and tools that teams can use every day to build confidence, strengthen workflows and support high-quality, person-centred care.

Whether you're welcoming new team members, supporting ongoing professional development or implementing quality improvement initiatives, the Corporate Membership offers flexible, on-demand access to trusted resources that fit around busy clinical practice. Members can learn at their own pace while accessing practical tools to support continuous improvement across their organisation.  Primary healthcare is delivered by multidisciplinary teams, with General Practice, Aboriginal Medical Services and ACCHOs, Aged Care, Allied Health and Pharmacy working together to support better patient outcomes. While some resources are tailored to specific roles or settings, many are relevant across the primary healthcare workforce and can be applied in a range of clinical and operational environments.
