COTA SA’s Let’s Talk Aged Care

Navigating the aged care system can be very confusing, stressful and overwhelming. Country SA PHN is pleased to announce it has recently commissioned COTA SA to implement a tele-support service that is now available to anyone living in regional South Australia. 

When it comes to aged care and securing assistance to stay in your home and live independently for longer, COTA SA’s Let’s Talk Aged Care services aim to empower you to be informed, make decisions and take action for yourself or your loved ones.
