Country SA Residential Aged Care Network Meeting

Country SA PHN is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our inaugural Country SA Residential Aged Care Network meeting on Thursday 5^th of September.

These virtual meetings will provide a wonderful opportunity for residential aged care homes to come together to discuss issues, share best practices, and collaborate on solutions related to aged care.
