Country South Australian care finder activity 2023-2024

Since 2023, older people in country South Australia have benefited from care finder support across the regions. The service provides face-to-face, intensive support for more vulnerable populations to access My Aged Care and many other relevant community services.

The summary of activity for 2023-2024 infographic demonstrates the enormous breath of a care finder’s support. The experience and knowledge necessary to be a care finder is immense, the older person is always at the centre of everything they do, and their support is shared with such professionalism and compassion.  Some comments from people who have received help from a care finder in country South Australia, are certainly testimony to this.
