Friday 19 February 2021 & Friday 26 March 2021, 9.30am - 2.30pm
These sessions will provide an introduction and opportunity to practice Mindfulness skills including:
- Recognising Presence
- Practicing Acceptance of painful feelings and situations
- Learning to De-fuse (disconnect) from painful, ruminating thoughts
- Aligning more closely with Core Values
It is for people wanting to:
- Invite more calm into life and reduce stress.
- Increase self-awareness and balance.
- Learn different ways to address painful thoughts and feelings.
