Fiona Meade's Mindfulness Sessions

Two-session series
Friday 19 February 2021 & Friday 26 March 2021, 9.30am - 2.30pm

These sessions will provide an introduction and opportunity to practice Mindfulness skills including:

  • Recognising Presence
  • Practicing Acceptance of painful feelings and situations
  • Learning to De-fuse (disconnect) from painful, ruminating thoughts
  • Aligning more closely with Core Values

It is for people wanting to:

  • Invite more calm into life and reduce stress.
  • Increase self-awareness and balance.
  • Learn different ways to address painful thoughts and feelings.
