Managing difficult emotions

BHFLHN is proud to present this 30-minute mindfulness and relaxation workshop, where you will learn body scan or paired muscle relationship exercises, which may help you better manage distress and negative emotions.

Fitness level: You will need to be able to lower and raise yourself from the floor unassisted, or alternatively you may bring someone to assist you.

Dress code: Come dressed in comfortable, unrestricted attire. Bring warm socks and an extra layer as the core temperature of the body can drop when relaxed.

Carparking and directions: Carpark 5 is most conveniently located to the Community Health entrance. COVID-19 check will be required upon entry so arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended.

Follow the signage to the Community Health Staff Dining Room.
