Psychological First Aid for Emergency Services Managers and Supervisors

Psychological First Aid for Emergency Service Leaders has been developed for managers and supervisors of frontline emergency personnel impacted by the 2019-20 bushfires, to support their communities, employees and their own resilience and wellbeing.

Who is it for?

We recommend that managers or supervisors in the emergency services select this course. If you are in a non-managerial emergency services role we recommend registering for our Trauma-informed Care course.

Upon completion of the workshop, you can access a certificate of attendance, and once you complete the online component you will be provided with a Badgr certificate of achievement. These certificates can be shared with your manager, organisation, professional body or your networks as evidence of your continuing professional development.
