This program will introduce you to different ways to relax and be calm. Each week we will try out a different relaxation activity using mindful techniques like breathing, gentle movement & walking, writing & creativity and listening & imagining.
Whether you’ve never done something like this before or you have a regular relaxation routine, this program is an opportunity to learn and practice techniques you can use every day or in stressful times to improve wellbeing.
