Health Promotion Grants 2024-2025

Country SA PHN are pleased to support our Community Advisory Committees in funding community-led, grass-roots health promotion initiatives through the 2024-2025 Health Promotion Grants. We sincerely thank all our Community Advisory Committees for being locally connected and directly engaged in priority health initiatives that support their communities.

All the successful initiatives for the 2024-2025 Health Promotion Grants were:

• District Council Orroroo Carrieton - Fit for Life Aqua (subsidising lessons) (as endorsed by Mid North Local Health Cluster Committee)
• Mentally Fit EP 3C's Wellbeing Conference - 22-23^rd February 2025 (as endorsed by Lower Eyre Local Health Cluster Committee)
• Barossa Big Sing (as part of Barossa Vintage Festival) 26^th April 2025 (as endorsed by Barossa Local Health Cluster Committee)
• Pain Revolution Community Event - Barossa Bushgardens - May 2025 (as endorsed by Barossa Local Health Cluster Committee)
• Roxby Downs Health Forum - Happy Healthy Expo - June 2025 (as endorsed by Roxby Downs Health Forum Committee)
• Mid North Local Health Cluster - design and printing of 350 Health Promotion Calendars 2025 (as endorsed by Mid North Local Health Cluster Committee)
