HealthPathways SA now has personal accounts and is moving away from shared logins.

The new personalised accounts are designed to enhance user experience and provide access to new and convenient features. They will make it it faster and easier to find information on HealthPathways SA.

With a personalised account, you can access multiple HealthPathways regions using a single login stay, stay signed in for up to a year and manage your preferences.

From 1 March 2026, shared login accounts will be decommissioned, so we encourage all HealthPathways users to register to ensure uninterrupted access.

Country SA PHN is pleased to announce the Advancing Primary Care Grant, a one-off funding opportunity designed to support responsive, high-quality primary care across country South Australia.

Eligible general practices and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations can apply for up to $9,000 (excluding GST) per eligible practice location to invest in activities that strengthen the delivery of primary care in their community.

Funding can be used to support a wide range of priority activities, including:

• digital development
• infection prevention and control
• accreditation
• workforce development
• health promotion and prevention

This grant is intended to help practices respond to local needs and build sustainable, high-quality systems of care.

Only one application is accepted per primary practice location, with additional applications permitted for practices operating in different towns and across all weekdays. Successful funding may be used across multiple sites owned or operated by the provider.

Applications are submitted via a short Expression of Interest (EOI) and take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. To submit your expression of interest please complete this short Qualtrics survey.
