This webinar will address the unique health challenges faced by individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, equipping participants with essential strategies for effective health-related conversations and continuity of care. Presenters will also provide an overview of the homelessness and housing sectors, highlighting key service providers in Rural South Australia. • Describe common health presentations for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness

• Summarise the structure of the homelessness and housing sectors, including the service providers within Rural SA.
