Kidney Yarning Circle for Health Care Providers working with people with chronic kidney disease.

Yarning about kidney disease, treatment options, nutrition, managing symptoms, update on the AKction project and CARI recommendations, advance care planning and end of life journey.

The Kidney Yarning Circle is a Central Northern Adelaide Renal and Transplant Service (CNARTS ) initiative supported by CAPCS (Central Adelaide Palliative Care Service), CARI ( Caring for Australians and New Zealanders with Kidney Impairment), AKction (Aboriginal Kidney Care Project), University of Adelaide, Kidney Health Australia and PEPA/ IPEPA (Indigenous Program of Experience in a Palliative Approach).

Facilitated by Indigenous Health Practitioners and a Patient Navigator - Renal, Researchers and Educators in Indigenous Renal Health, along with members of CNARTS, CAPCS and IPEPA/PEPA.
