October is Mental Health Month, a national annual event that aims to improve community awareness and interest in mental health and wellbeing.
The theme for Mental Health Month is “It’s time to talk about mental health.”
By starting conversations and encouraging South Australians to talk about mental health, we can break down the stigma and promote a supportive environment for people to seek help when they need it.
