Opportunity to provide input into alcohol and other drug (AOD) needs and treatment across country South Australia

HealthQ Consulting has been engaged by Country SA PHN (Primary Health Network) to undertake stakeholder and community consultations related to alcohol and other drug (AOD) needs and treatment across country South Australia.

This is an important project for Country SA PHN. It has been some years since the last AOD consultation process, and this commissioned work will inform Country SA PHN of relevant future service design and commissioning planning.

As part of this project, HealthQ are administering two surveys to capture the voice of key groups: 

1. staff/employees of AOD service providers working in country SA with clients receiving treatment/care. 
2. people with lived experience of alcohol or drug treatment/care (either currently or in the past), living in a country location.

AOD service provider survey

The intention is that staff of each AOD service delivery site be provided an opportunity to respond. Please distribute this survey to all staff and employees in your organisation that work in country South Australia with people receiving AOD treatment/care.

The survey will close Friday 23 May, 5pm.

Lived experience survey

If you have current or past lived experience of alcohol or drug treatment/care while living in a country location, please consider providing your input in the below survey.
