PBS update - February 2025

The Schedule of Pharmaceutical Benefits has been updated. New, amended and deleted items can be found via the PBS Summary of Changes.

Updates include:

• Listings on the PBS for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people - 1 January 2025 and Closing the Gap (CTG) PBS Co-payment Program - 1 January 2025
• Section 19A medicines subsidised by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme - 1 January 2025
• Shortages of hormone replace therapy (HRT) patches: PBS subsidy and substitution of Estradot, Estraderm MX and overseas alternatives - 20 December 2024
