Practice network meeting

Remote practice network meetings continue to be well supported to compliment the face-to-face visiting. 

Will Thorpe Community Connection Officer at Neami National provided a presentation at the Practice Manager Network meeting in November to discuss Head to Health. The presentation was well received, and all agreed the service will be a great support to general practitioners and the community.
