Preventing falls: enhancing medication safety in dementia

Country SA PHN and Pharmaceutical Society of Australia invite you to a 2-hour workshop aimed at enhancing the quality of life for South Australians living with dementia and their care networks. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with other health professionals, understand the role of medicines in falls risk, and explore practical strategies to minimise this risk.

All members of the multidisciplinary team play a crucial role in supporting falls prevention and management. This workshop will support the team to provide holistic person-centred care to reduce falls risk in people living with dementia.

This event is FREE of charge and is open to ALL pharmacists and interested health professionals.
