Regional practice visits - Country SA PHN

The monthly remote Practice Manager and Practice Nurse meetings continue to see strong participation, bolstered by face-to-face visits from the Primary Care Support team. During August and September, the team travelled to the following regions:

The Primary Care and Digital Support Team provides valuable assistance in several key areas, including:

Accreditation: Helping practices achieve and maintain necessary standards.
PRODA: Guiding practices through the Provider Digital Access system.
MyMedicare Registration: Assisting with registration and compliance.
Quality Improvement (QI): Supporting efforts to enhance practice quality.
Clinical Coding Reports: Offering support for accurate coding and reporting.
Additional Resources: Providing various other tools and support to practice staff.
