Most people with thoughts of suicide don’t want to die—they are just struggling to bear the pain of living in the moment. Through their words and actions, they usually send invitations to others for help. safeTALK teaches how to recognise these invitations and equips you to offer help.
Seeds of Hope Suicide Prevention Network is working with MATES in Construction to provide a free training session in the Barossa Council Region. Anyone 15 years or older can attend and no prerequisite experience, training or qualifications are required.
