Country SA PHN is the new health network set up to service the country regions of South Australia, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery while improving the coordination of patient care. Established by the Federal Government, we exist to bridge the gap of health inequity and access in rural South Australia by building a collaborative and responsive health care system.
NADC calling for EOIs for a new Foot Network Working Party
The National Association of Diabetes Centres (NADC) is committed to improving the foot care of people with diabetes nationally. We are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified health care professions to join the Foot Network Working Party (FNWP).
SA Health General Practitioner (GP) Engagement Strategy
The SA Health General Practitioner (GP) Engagement Strategy has been developed to support GPs to receive coordinated, consistent and timely information about high level strategic initiatives being developed and implemented within SA Health.
SA Health has developed a For GPs webpage located at www.sahealth.sa.gov.au/ForGPs. The webpage has a subscription option for GPs if they would like updates on strategic initiatives.

A new web based information tool to support General Practitioners and other health care providers is being developed to better manage patients in South Australia.
