Managing physical and mental health needs
The Mental Health Shared Care (MHSC) program is funded under the South Australian Government’s Country SA Mental Health Shared Care Service Program. The MHSC program aims to assist individuals with complex mental health needs to increase their capacity to manage their
physical and mental health, avoid relapse through early intervention or the onset of acute symptoms. A key element of the service is the communication and integration between the services involved in a person’s care including their GP.
