While our lives are busy and complex, these events serve as timely reminders for us to stop and acknowledge, learn, and reflect. Provider Connect Australia’s national rollout Stage 1.2

This is opened to practices registered in VCF Connect, they are able to take part in the priority rollout of Provider Connect Australia (PCA) this will ensure your practice will have access to the best available tools for publishing information about your vaccines (and other) services during the winter season, before it is opened to the wider General Practice community. COVID-19 Aged Care Worker Leave Payment Grants
A new grant will be available from 1 July 2023 to support permanent or casual aged care workers caring for older Australians most at risk of severe illness. Australian Government funded residential aged care and home care providers will be able to apply for a reimbursement of up to $750 per week for payments they have made (from 1 April 2023) to permanent or casual employees that have no personal or sick leave entitlements available and need to take leave because they have tested positive to COVID-19. Funded by Country SA PHN, the No Shame in Getting Tested campaign by AHCSA and SHINE SA has been created to start conversations around HIV and STIs to help reduce HIV/STI stigma and raise awareness of STI prevention including condom use, testing and treatment.
