Medical HQ Group - General Practitioner Position

Our Practice is a mixed billing practice with a strong family focus. Our group has a history in the Yorke Peninsula region stretching back over 60 years and we have many third and fourth generations of families who have been associated with the practice.

We strongly believe in high quality whole of patient care with 15-minute appointment slots. While we are a private practice and do charge fees, there is final doctors' discretion as to bulk billing or privately billing patients. We have a strong and supporting nursing team in the clinic. There is potential for the doctor to provide emergency support at local public and private hospitals in the region.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a GP (VR) to join the team and provide exceptional health care to patients across rural and high-need locations across SA.

In this role you will:

• Provide good clinical care
• Maintain good medical practice
• Maintain trust through professional relationships with patients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues
• Maintain integrity in professional practice
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in vaccination clinics

About You

As the successful applicant, you will be a passionate and experienced GP that has:

• Completed Rural Emergency Skills Program (RESP)
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
• Registration with AHPRA
• IMG: with limited or provisional registration to have completed Level 2 supervision
• Police clearance
• Working with children check
• Excellent communication and time management skills
