It has been an exciting and incredible start to the year for the inaugural Rural Health Innovation Fund with many events and programs being held for round one grants over the last few months.

The program is a new and innovative way to support consumers with conversations about healthy lifestyle, body image and weight.

The Care Finder program continues to support many older people who require intensive help to access and connect with aged care services and other community supports.

Neami National has been appointed as the new service provider to deliver the Head to Health Phone Service in Country South Australia from 1 July 2024.

The Primary Care and Digital Support team have established a practice network meeting for practice nurses following feedback from face to face visiting in the regions.

Many resources are available to support practices in creating their My Health Record security and access policy. Read more

Annual funding of up to AUD $700,000 per applicant is available for 5 years to improve SEWB among Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander boys and men in Australia. Read more

Palliative Care Connect is a statewide service that provides information and links to palliative care and bereavement supports in South Australia. Read more

South Australia joins Paediatric Improvement Collaborative
Clinicians working with children and young people now have access to over 200 Clinical Practice Guidelines endorsed for use in South Australia. Read more
