My Heart My Life Program

As you are aware, the Heart Foundation is committed to improving the heart health and quality of life of all people who live in Australia through work in support and care, and research.

In partnership with the University of Technology Sydney, we are currently undertaking a project to review and update our patient support program My Heart My Life.

We are seeking health professionals to participate in small focus groups to provide your thoughts and feedback on topics related to your cardiac patient support needs.

The focus groups will be no longer than 60 minutes in length and delivered either face-to-face or online between 30 May – 10 June 2022 (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm).

Participating health professionals will receive a $100 Coles Myer gift voucher as an appreciation for their time and effort.
