Reboot your Life: Living well with Arthritis

Arthritis SA is offering a new program FREE for patients with arthritis. A 10-week online program aimed at improving your wellness and giving you the knowledge and skills to live well with arthritis.

Funded by Country SA PHN.

The program is for patients who:

• live in regional
• are over 50 years old
• have a formal diagnosis
• have reliable internet and either a laptop or tablet with webcam capability.

The program includes:

• 10-weeks of online self-management learning
• 10-weeks of a mindfulness program through John Hopkins
•  8-weeks of telehealth exercise program with Uni SA Exercise Physiology clinic
• On completion of the program patients will have the option to continue FREE weekly telehealth exercise classes with Arthritis SA to continue supporting their health and wellbeing.
